Section 1

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and attendance at the Miami AI Agent Bootcamp ("Event") hosted by Sales Possible Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as Deploy AI Bots ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Section 2

The Event

The Miami AI Agent Bootcamp is a live, in-person workshop scheduled for April 10, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mana Tech Lounge, Miami, Florida. The Event includes a hands-on AI agent build session, meals, drinks, networking, and guest speakers as described on our website.

Section 3

Ticket Purchase and Payment

Tickets are priced at $97 per person. Payment is processed at the time of registration. All transactions are conducted through a secure third-party payment processor. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Section 4

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests submitted more than 7 days before the Event date (April 10, 2026) will be honored in full. Refund requests submitted 7 days or fewer before the Event are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your name and order details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Ticket transfers to another individual may be requested at any time prior to the Event by contacting [email protected]. We reserve the right to approve or deny transfer requests at our discretion.

Section 5

Event Changes and Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to modify the Event date, time, venue, speakers, or agenda at any time. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled entirely by the Company, registered attendees will receive a full refund. The Company is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with a rescheduled or cancelled Event.

Section 6

Photography, Video, and Media Release

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the Company and its representatives may photograph, film, and record the Event, and that such recordings may include your image, likeness, voice, and name. You grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such recordings and images for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to marketing, social media, promotional materials, and educational content, without compensation or further notice to you.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to notify a Company representative upon arrival at the Event.

Section 7

Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward fellow attendees, staff, speakers, and venue personnel. The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event, without refund, for conduct deemed disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, tools, and software presented or made available at the Event are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Attendees may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share Event content without prior written permission from the Company.

Section 9

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Event and all content provided are offered on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you may achieve from implementing any strategy, tool, or agent built at the Event. Individual results will vary.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance at or inability to attend the Event. The Company's total liability to any attendee shall not exceed the amount paid for their ticket.

Section 11

Assumption of Risk

By attending an in-person event, you acknowledge the inherent risks of gathering in a public venue. The Company is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs at or in connection with the Event.

Section 12

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
